1. PRELIMINARY AGREEMENT
Our preliminary agreement provides a one-stop service for your build consultation, initial design, final draftsman plan and build approvals submitted. We charge a flat fee of $4,700, refundable upon commencement of your build contract, meaning this stage is free if you choose to build with us within 12 months of final plan and approval delivery.
STAGE A – INITIAL DESIGN
You sit down with our draftsman and discuss the design.
OUR BUILD PROCESS
Our build process commences with your initial consultation where we discuss what you are looking to create and how we can best assist.
Initial Consultation
We meet with you to discuss what your project is and where you are up to in the process.
STAGE B – FINAL PLAN & APPROVALS
The Draftsman delivers a final plan, which you sign off on and we submit it for engineering approvals.
2. YOUR BUILD
STAGE C: QUOTATION & CONTRACT
We will provide you with a full quotation. This will provide in detail all fixtures, finishes and will explain what is included. Then we provide a Construction Contract.
STAGE D: CONSTRUCTION STARTS
Regular site walk throughs will be given. Communication is of utmost importance to us and you will be able to openly
discuss the process with us.
STAGE E: PRACTICAL COMPLETION
At this stage we will ask you to conduct a final inspection and provide us with any items for review. We insist this quality check is done before closing the project.
STAGE F: AFTER CONSTRUCTION CARE
Absolute Home Builders are committed to the care and longevity of your investment. We will rectify any maintenance required after a 90 day period. This will again be offered at the 12 month mark.
